About SKYSHINE CAPITAL
SkyShine Capital Pte. Ltd. develops and licenses proprietary algorithmic risk-management and position-management technology.
The technology combines predefined technical rules, market-condition filters, position parameters, monitoring functions and automated workflow logic. Licensees deploy and configure the technology through their own accounts and third-party platforms.
SkyShine does not:
- hold or safeguard client assets;
- receive withdrawal authority;
- manage client portfolios;
- make discretionary trading decisions for clients;
- provide personalised investment recommendations; or
- execute transactions as the client’s agent.
PHILOSOPHY
Our Approach
Effective risk control begins before a position is opened.
SkyShine technology applies predefined, rule-based criteria designed to structure how market conditions, volatility, directional signals, exposure and position risk are evaluated.
Depending on the licensed configuration, the technology may include:
- technical entry-condition logic;
- volatility and trend filters;
- position-sizing parameters;
- exposure and leverage parameters;
- drawdown-control logic;
- stop-loss and trailing-exit parameters;
- automated alerts and webhook instructions; and
- position-monitoring functions.
The Licensee determines whether and how the technology is activated, configured and connected to the Licensee’s own platforms.
The Licensee retains exclusive control over:
- trading and exchange accounts;
- capital allocation;
- approved instruments;
- configuration parameters;
- API credentials;
- withdrawal permissions;
- activation and deactivation of the system; and
- all final decisions concerning the use of the technology.
SkyShine provides the licensed software functionality, technical documentation and agreed implementation support only.
Technology
Technology Positioning
SkyShine Capital develops and licenses proprietary algorithmic risk-management and position- protection technology. Our systems are designed to support independent traders by applying predefined technical, market-analysis and risk parameters before and during position management – without exercising any control over client accounts or capital.
Rule-Based Market Analysis
Proprietary Pine Script logic, technical indicators and market-condition filters operate according to predefined, auditable rules.
The technology processes market information mechanically and does not exercise human discretion over individual client transactions.
Controlled System Access
Licensed components may include access-controlled scripts, webhook logic, monitoring interfaces and technical dashboards.
The technology is deployed through accounts and platforms controlled by the Licensee. Access rights, credentials and external integrations remain under the Licensee’s control.
Modular Risk-Control Framework
The technology can combine multiple rule-based components, including position parameters, exposure limits, leverage parameters, drawdown controls, stop and trailing-exit logic, monitoring functions and real-time alerts.
Available functionality depends on the modules specified in the applicable Licence Agreement.
Independent Deployment
The Licensee independently installs, activates and operates the licensed technology through the Licensee’s own infrastructure, platform subscriptions and exchange accounts.
SkyShine does not possess custody of client assets, withdrawal rights or discretionary authority over client accounts.
Licensed Technology Modules
SkyShine technology is provided through separately defined software modules.
Available modules may include:
- entry-condition filters and technical indicators;
- volatility and trend analysis;
- rule-based signal-generation logic;
- position-sizing and exposure parameters;
- leverage and drawdown-control parameters;
- liquidation-risk monitoring logic;
- stop-loss and trailing-exit parameters;
- webhook and automation instructions;
- monitoring and alert functions; and
- technical performance dashboards.
The precise modules, supported instruments, user permissions, configuration rights, capacity limits and permitted integrations are specified in Schedule 1 of each individual Licence Agreement.
The availability of a module does not constitute a recommendation to enter, maintain or close any particular transaction.
HOW THE TECHNOLOGY OPERATES
Licensee-Controlled Operation
SkyShine technology is designed to operate within an infrastructure controlled by the Licensee.
A typical configuration may involve:
Available modules may include:
- licensed technical logic operating within the Licensee’s TradingView account;
- alerts or webhook instructions generated according to predefined system rules;
- transmission through an automation platform selected and controlled by the Licensee; and
- execution within an exchange account owned and controlled by the Licensee.
The Licensee establishes and controls all external platform accounts, API permissions, trading parameters and system connections.
SkyShine does not receive withdrawal permissions and cannot transfer client assets.
The Licensee may suspend, disconnect or modify the permitted configuration at any time, subject to the technical and contractual limitations of the licensed module.
TECHNOLOGY, NOT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Technology Licence — Not Managed Trading
SkyShine provides technology under a limited software licence.
SkyShine does not:
- accept deposits or investment capital;
- operate pooled investment arrangements;
- provide custody or wallet services;
- maintain client exchange accounts;
- determine the amount of capital allocated by a Licensee;
- exercise discretion over individual client transactions;
- guarantee the prevention of losses; or
- guarantee any level of performance, profitability or availability.
Any automated action results from technical rules selected, configured and activated within the Licensee-controlled environment.
RISK DISCLOSURE
Important Risk Information
Trading in digital assets, derivatives and leveraged products involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of part or all of the capital used.
Algorithmic technology cannot eliminate market risk, execution risk, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, exchange risk, technical failure, latency, slippage, abnormal market conditions or the risk of liquidation.
Risk-control and position-management functions are designed to apply predefined technical rules. They do not guarantee that losses, drawdowns or liquidation will be prevented.
Past performance, simulated results, historical system behaviour, backtesting and technical metrics are not reliable indicators of future results.
Each Licensee is responsible for independently assessing:
- the suitability of the technology;
- the risks of the selected instruments;
- the appropriateness of leverage and position size;
- the legality of use in the Licensee’s jurisdiction;
- the reliability of third-party platforms; and
- whether independent legal, tax or financial advice is required.
